I recently had a problem where I pushed too hard on my licence plate lights and they ended up inside the bumper.
After 1 hour of trying to fish them out, 1 hour of screaming, 5 minutes on to dealership to get quoted an arm and a leg I reached out to Hotwheelz. Quick check on reviews and website and dropped a msg.
“Yes we can sort this out for you”
It’s everything I needed to hear, it relaxed me.
Two days later I’m popping in, beautifully clean and nice place, greeted by a sweet lady who knew exactly who I was and what I was doing there.
Just over an hour later a phone call from the same lady. “It’s sorted”
Bumper off, lights put back, bumper back on.
Price was agreed on first msg and no one else came close when I was shopping around.
A fantastic hidden gem. Message them if you have a problem. They will sort you out. 10 stars.

Excellent repair job. Needed front end repainted after a bang and they fixed quickly and efficiently. Can’t tell anything even happened to the car!
Had an issue which i wasn't quite concentrating. Car got damaged but was fortunate enough to get support from hot wheelz until a courtesy car was available.
A couple of days later , after acceptable quote was given, car went for repairs.
